The Thalipeeth is famous breakfast recipe of maharastra.It is healthy recipe because it contains mixture of all the flours which is good for health.It is very easy to make and not time consuming recipe .It will take only 25-30 minutes to make a thalipeeth.It does not take lots of ingredients.so here is the recipe of thalipeeth

Ingredients

  • 1 cup jowar flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup besan 
  • 1 medium cup fienly chopped onion
  • 2-3 green chili and 4-5 garlic( make a paste )
  • coriander
  • salt to taste
  • oil
  • cumin seeds(jeera)
  • turmeric powder

Steps
  • First add the wheat flour,jowar flour and beasan mix well 
  • Add some water and add all the above ingredients.
  • mix well and add one tbsp of oil.
  • Dough is ready.
  • Leave the dough for about 10 to 15 min to set.
  • After dough is set.Divide the dough into small parts
  • Take a clean towel and and pour some drinking water on towel.
  • Take a small part of dough and dip your fingers in water and pat the dough to make thalipeeth.
  • Heat up a pan on low flame and grease with  little oil.
  • Transfer the thalipeeth on pan and remove off the cloth.
  • If you feel the upper side is getting dry you can cover and cook thalipeeth. Then in that case you don’t need to spread oil.
  • After roasting for about 2-3 minutes flip the thalipeeth over.
  • Thalipeeth is ready to serve.U can serve thalipeeth with curd.
